Medium 1 Course (Course 3)
Once you are confident with the content of the intermediate course you can do this course.
The Medium 1 Course takes you beyond the Intermediate course and into more complex circular movements, sacadas, barridas, ganchos and continuity of movement which are all possible because of improved: posture, displacement and connection.
Note: this is a technical course and does involve some physical body
training.

You can book as an individual dancer or with a dance partner. If you book with a dance partner then you are guaranteed a place when the time for balancing the number of men and women on the course arrives (1 week before the course starts).
