Communication and Co-operation Requirements for New Tango Organisers to use the camtango E-GroupIf you wish to organise a new tango event in Cambridge (regular or one-off) AND post to this E-Group about what you are doing then please communicate with the other, current, tango organisers to make sure you do not clash/negatively affect with what someone else is doing and to create goodwill (maybe the other organisers will be happy for you to distribute leaflets/make announcements at their events?). Practically this means it is your (the organiser's) responsibility to contact other tango organisers in Cambridge who post to this E-Group to check what you are doing is OK with them for either a one-off event or a regular event (obviously you only need to do this once for a new regular event).Known tango organisers in Cambridge who use the camtango E-Group to post about events. The way things have evolved any established organiser of tango events in Cambridge has veto over a new organiser using the E-Group. The onus is on the new organiser to communicate with established organisers. Any disputes will be dictatorially dealt with by the moderator of the E-Group.
Who are you to set these rules?
