Financial Agreements with Visiting Tango Teachers
Work permits
In accordance with UK law we always apply for work permits for non-EU tango teachers that teach here in Cambridge. This process needs to be started 2 months before the visit.
Finance Agreements
That old money thang can cause problems, so we tend to use the same agreement with
all visiting tango teachers.
For the entire visit the local expenses (such as hall hire,
advertising, snacks and nibbles for during the classes)
are subtracted from the total income to give the profit.
The profit is then split as follows:
From the 30% we receive we pay for the teacher/s travel expenses to get here.
This is a general outline of the agreements we make, but we are always happy to discuss other arrangements.
